Posted a brand new Ames pricelist! They have created a new limited edition Vegas 2000 with different colors that is now available for sale, and they have many of their 2000 posters on sale (by 40%)! Ames is also selling two of the 1996 tour posters that were not available before: the Switzerland and the Ward Sutton Italy. Please notice also the note about damaged posters and how to handle that situation.

Here are the answers to some questions concerning the new pricelist:

The "X-Men" poster (#91 on the list) is not for the Marvel Comic Group "X-Men", but rather for the hip-hop group (who are now known as the X-ecutioners).
The "Lords of the Floor" poster (#94) is for a karate competition.
The "Ames Seattle #1" poster (#78) is for the Seattle poster show held late last year (it has the brown robot image), not for the Pearl Jam show.

Also added the new Vegas poster to the database page (we will improve the picture for this when we get it).

Added the Ames Brothers artist for the Sydney '98 poster to the database.

Added print run for the Zurich '96 poster and added the missing "On the Road" 1994 poster to the database. Moved the die-cut '92 Texas poster from the hoax to the show promos section.

Modified the menu bar for a couple of things we have planned in the near-future, and added yet some more information about the JAMPAC poster on the database page. Also added/modified some profile avatars for the bulletin board.

Added some more information about the JAMPAC poster and how to get one on the database page. Also added a new forum category to the bulletin board (which we have renamed), that should be a great place to discuss posters or maybe ask a question. Corrected our pic for the East Troy/Chicago '98 poster on the database page (it was cutting off the "Terrorama" in the picture window).

Added some news on the database page regarding a JAMPAC poster that Jeff designed with Brad Klausen, and about a great new article from Five Horizons. Also added another FAQ to the contact section.

If you have come here before, you should notice that this update page has changed. Added some neat update features: archived updates, an update search utility, and an email notification feature (which will probably be more useful later when updates become less frequent). Please let us know if something is not working. Also added an interesting DVD Premiere poster for New York sponsored by K-ROCK in the show promos section, another Green River Cresent Room '87 vintage poster (that sounded like an awesome show by the way), and another little note regarding the Citizen Dick hoax flyers.

Added a little subsection today which displays some older handbills from bands not directly related to Pearl Jam. We probably will not make a habit out of doing this, but give it a look. It is also linked from our vintage section.

Added picture for Perth '98 poster in the database. Site is generally kind of slow (especially during the day), but is supposed to improve over the next few weeks as more bandwidth is added and alternate routing is used. Also trying to correct some small technical issues with the trading post (i.e. Forum jumps taking the menu bar away), and added some more profile graphics for the board.

Added the Ames artist for the Washington '96 poster in the database.

Added many print runs for most of the Ames Brothers posters on the database page that were missing before (the biggest thanks possible to Markus Mitterhofer)!! Also changed the print run for the Maui '98 poster (not 100% sure about this one, since we have conflicting reports, but we think this is correct). Also, thanks so much for the great initial response to the trading post. We hope to add upon and improve it in the near future. If you have any suggestions about this feature, please email us. Added some more profile poster-related icons for the board as well.

We are happy and pleased to have the trading post section of the site up and running. We are very excited about this application, since it is so fun to play around with. Right now there are two sections, "Evacuation" for those who want to post any posters that they are willing to trade, and "Wishlist", which is intended to be a place where you could post about any posters that you are specifically looking for (this is a great place for newbies or people who don't necessarily have something to trade). To make a post, you must register. Give it a try, and let us know what you think. It is all fairly simple, but if you have any questions, you may email us. Also, if there is a special picture that you want associated with your profile, let us know and we will try to add it into the system for you. Also added another FAQ to the contact page, and changed some of the graphics on the site.

There is a little bit of news about the Ames Brothers' Radiohead poster on the database page. Also, just a quick note that we are working on a "classified ad" section, which will hopefully be a good and safe way to get poster traders together. We will update you when it is done (it hopefully won't be long), it will be in the trading post section of the site. Also corrected potential bugs on the database page.

Added the menu bar (along with links at the bottom of every page for people with browsers that do not support frames), moved the Ames pricelist from Tripod onto the website, and did many other little cosmetic changes. Added a contact page. If something is not working right for you, please let us know, so we can try and fix it. Changed the scans for the two Citizen Dick handbills in the hoax section to their right original colors, added a Portland gasmask poster, and added a Roskilde handbill (thanks again to the wonderful mysterious Cinamon-Gurl).

Added the Citizen Dick album cover poster to the hoax section, added better pic for the Berlin gasmask poster (thanks to Víctor Sainz Gutiérrez), and added another very-low edition of the Emek mirrorball poster in the database.

Added a new poster section, for those crazy hoax posters! There is not a top thumbnail link because we are overhauling the navigation of the entire site. Also added the 11/21/91 Ann Arbor poster to the show promo section, corrected an error concerning the Holland 2000 poster on the database page, and added a poster link for Victor Sainz' estupidafregona site.

Added a new price update for the database, and added some historical notes for the new vintage handbills we added the other day.

Posted Thursday, May 24, 2001
Added what may be the rarest, most expensive Pearl Jam poster ever...a Neil Young/Pearl Jam Mirrorball poster by Emek. See it on the database page. The site seems to be up and down alot, and a little on the slow side, which should hopefully improve. Also working on a new price update, which should be up in the next day or two.

The site has now been moved, and we should not have any more curve balls in the near future (just hopefully improvements). Added some more really old handbills in the vintage section. Corrected typographical error for the dates for the 11/7-8/95 poster, and reswitched the two printings for the '92 Houston Kozik on the database page again =). Also added a new poster link for Jessica Gates' Official Items Trading page.

Moving the site to a different (hopefully faster) host. The transition should be seamless, but the site might be down periodically for the next 24-48 hours. Also started work on the next poster section, and adding frames for better site navigation.
