High-Quality Pearl Jam Live Shows with Complete Set of Artwork

This section has downloadable artwork for various Pearl Jam live shows that you can use for your personal use. These shows have or will be spread by us in an attempt to not only get the best sources freely circulating, but to also include a complete artwork package for each one.

When we make these designs, we try and make them so as if they were something that you would buy...as professional looking as possible. That is why they are "named", and why a lot of times it is not just a picture of Pearl Jam and a ticket stub or whatever. We also kind of go out of my way to try and have pictures just from that particular show, and to have some kind of "theme" or whatever that uses some kind of backstory, event, or just something that is interesting, that ties it all together. In addition to the individual ideas that go behind each one, we also wanted to make it apparent that these are from a collection viewpoint...that is why all of the trays kind of look the same, and why they have a catalog number. Anyone can use these, but they are only to be used for personal use, and should never ever ever sold in any fashion. Pearl Jam has allowed the fans to freely tape and distribute their music, so it is not right for anyone to profit financially off their generosity.

We have tried to include high-resolution images for at least the CD insert (front and back), tray, and CD labels. Some even have images for a booklet that you can print out and staple to the regular insert. These are designed for regular-sized jewel cases (not slimlines...at least for now). We, for the most part, have the original source files, so if you want to use these but need something changed (i.e. the source information or tracklists), just let us know and we will try to help you. We are also open to suggestions, or if you see something wrong, just let us know. The comments are by spacedvest.

CommentsSF had started on another set of artwork that he does so well, and we tried to find a good fit for it. This Kansas City show back in 1998 had some elements that fit the artwork, especially the moon imagery, so it was decided to do it (it also had a very solid audience source, which seems to need a little bit of editing, so that helped in the decision process). Ironically, we released this show on Halloween, and that too kind of matched the spookiness of the artwork.

CommentsThis one was yet another one done by Soonforget...I really love the artwork he did for this, it is really beautiful. I think he may have been inspired by the Seattle '98 show poster with the submarine. One of the best sounding Pearl Jam live shows, being sourced directly from the soundboard.

CommentsThis show was originally distributed by the Yahoo Trading group years ago, and is a great show. The soundcheck is also included, and as far as soundchecks goes, it is a classic (featuring a full version of "Noise of Carpet"). The artwork title comes from the Daughter tag, which is a Pretenders song about Cleveland, and the theme of the artwork is the classic "Dwarf" series of photographs by Bruce Davidson (which captures images of a "down-on-his luck" circus clown), that the Cleveland poster is based on. I did this one mainly due to Rick at Given to Wail spreading mp3s of the show and people asking for an uncompressed version...so thanks Rick for getting this started!

CommentsKind of a socially conscience theme. The title comes from a line in the R.E.M. song "Talk about the Passion", one of my favorite songs (and albums for that matter). The inside tray is kind of a collection of images representing all the things that are wrong with the world or what people fight and kill each over for. Thanks to Dan Leehr for giving me vidcaps!

CommentsThis show is another product of Datfly contacting me, and me hooking up him with BLG. Datfly provided a dat-clone of this show, and after Bill tried mixing it with another source, it was decided to leave it alone and release the pure unedited version, which sounds fine. During this show Ed plays a snippet of the song "Dueling Banjos", so that was used as a basis for the artwork.

CommentsSince I was at this show and it was in nearby Greenville, SC (I live in Charlotte), I wanted to try and top myself and make something special. This one took so damn long to make...the cover of the insert alone took me at least 40 hours. A very painful process but I think I learned more modeling tricks, and I think it came it well in the end. The sound for this show is better than I remember being at the concert. This is also the first one where I stopped having doubles of the track info (for both the tray and the back of the insert). Obviously this is harder, but this allowed more room for the cover.

ModifiedJan. 2002 (made the tracklisting on the tray a little better).

CommentsThis was another one that took me a long time to finish (about 10 months) after I started it. It basically is just a remembrance thing for the 9/11 victims, drawing upon the uncanny coincidence of the date. I am sure that event affected everyone the world over, and for me I kind of felt compelled to do this artwork (and a compilation cd I made of Ed called "Patriot" that I will probably never put up here). In June/July 2004, I tried to remove all the defects (mainly pops) in the audio and updated the artwork.

CommentsMy "first" cd artwork since deciding to create these again. This one is very simplistic and didn't take long to do. I changed this a little, not really liking my initial attempt. I got the idea of overlaying the actual moon one night while driving home. :)

CommentsAfter the last couple of cd art projects that I had done being so "model" oriented, I wanted to do something a little simpler. With Ed's several references to "stories", I just turned this into a little book, and it should be kind of obvious where the quarter images are derived from. This is the first one that I did the inside of the tray for, and I will probably continue doing those for future shows. This looks best in a black (not clear) jewel-case. I thought about maybe doing some things to make this a little better, but I lost most of the source files in my tragic "Harddisk Crash of 2002". :(

CommentsWhen Pearl Jam's live album "Live on Two Legs" was released in late 1998, they almost instead released an album that supposedly was going to be called "Live at Constitution Hall", which would have been a live recording from this date, instead of the mixture that Lo2L ended up being. The album cover for the Constitution show was going to be basically the same as the Lo2L release that Ames Brothers designed. Well, what I tried to do for this one was to make something pretty close to that, using the original Lo2L cover, Jason's original cd labels based on the show poster, and go from there. Fred again made a great version of this by combining and cleaning up some sources...all I did was put the first Gloria speech back in place.
